Maëlle-Marie Corso’s research at MIT focuses on the assessment and policy environment of clinical AI software, in particular clinical decision support tools. On the assessment side, she is currently working on a cost-effectiveness study for Mirai, a breast cancer risk prediction tool, which enables risk-stratified screening strategies. On the policy side, her work centers on regulatory and policy analyses (in the US, UK, and EU) to highlight gaps in regulation and implementation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Master in Business Management from ESSEC Business School (France).
